Religious faith can help with the relief of suffering (#), spirituality (#); it can help with struggle (#) by giving you strength (#).

People need to believe that there is something more to this world than what we can see. Faith gives people hope of something more; without faith people are empty inside.

The Bible says in the book of Hebrews 11:1 “…faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen”. Faith is vitally important in the life of the Christian. It is by faith that you are saved; you are justified; cleansed, and look forward to the return of Jesus. Faith is where you please God, admit your dependence upon Him, and continually seek to rely upon Him and His grace. Without faith we cannot please God.

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
