The pages below are places for groups conducting research in the liberatory and participatory potential of the Billings Culture of Music to store and share their findings (it is assumed that liberation and participation are complementary goals of any value in this list; do these depend on the richness of live music and on variety more than anything else? On uniqueness (local music tradition?)). Any individual may contribute data, interpretations, quotations, relevant links, or what have you to any group's page. No individual should remove any information; these pages, temporary in nature, are ADD ONLY. On the basis of what is put and distributed here, researchers will assist in composing the Culture of Music entry page. Perhaps, we will retain these staging pages as supportive links for the entry page.
